Section 1 – Clients & Employers

1. Services Offered

Sapflex provides B2B digital services in the SAP ecosystem:

  • ✅ Posting SAP jobs and project-based missions
  • ✅ Access to curated CV packages and AI-matching profiles
  • ✅ Access to SAP consultants operated directly by Sapflex
  • ✅ Advisory support and contract coordination
  • ✅ Optional sourcing, onboarding, and follow-up handled by Sapflex

2. Packages & Pricing

  • ✅ All recruitment services are prepaid
  • ✅ CV packages and job visibility plans are sold online
  • ✅ Consultant missions are priced at competitive daily rates (TJM), often 10% below market average
  • ✅ Payments by bank transfer or Stripe

3. Contractual Relations

Consultants proposed by Sapflex are not freelancers. Sapflex handles selection, contracts, and mission coordination. Contracts are dual-signed between client and Sapflex Ltd.

4. Fair Use & Confidentiality

  • ❌ No scraping or resale of profile data
  • ❌ No unauthorized use of AI-generated content outside the platform
  • ✅ CVs are confidential and only accessible to verified employers

Section 2 – SAP Professionals

1. Eligibility & Use

To register as a candidate, you must:

  • ✅ Be over 18 and legally authorized to work in Europe
  • ✅ Submit accurate CVs and information
  • ✅ Accept being contacted by recruiters or by Sapflex directly

2. Platform Participation

  • ✅ Candidates can apply directly to job postings
  • ✅ Some profiles may be invited for exclusive missions managed by Sapflex
  • ❌ Fake profiles or AI-only content will be removed

Section 3 – SAP Training Services

1. Access to Training

Sapflex provides access to SAP e-learning courses directly through its platform. The training content is curated and remains the property of its original publishers or partners.

2. Content Use

Video courses, brochures, and associated materials are provided for personal educational use only. Unauthorized redistribution, copying or resale is prohibited.

Section 4 – General Conditions

1. Intellectual Property

All visuals, AI prompts, texts, and functionalities on Sapflex are protected. Reproduction or reuse without prior written authorization is prohibited.

2. Data Protection (GDPR)

  • ✅ Sapflex complies with UK & EU data protection laws
  • ✅ Data is encrypted and securely hosted
  • ✅ Users may request access or deletion of their data

3. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. No refunds will be granted in such cases.

4. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of London, United Kingdom.

5. Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sapflex constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
