Job Overview
Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking an experienced ERP Architect to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and ERP strategy initiatives. You will design and deliver ERP target architectures, define roadmaps, and support domain-specific architecture within complex transformation programs. This is a key consulting role, with strategic influence across industries including supply chain, finance, human capital, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities

Define ERP architecture and solution designs across SAP, Oracle, or Workday platforms

Develop ERP strategies and transformation roadmaps for large enterprise clients

Align enterprise applications with business goals and operating models
-
Engage in pre-sales and advisory discussions with senior client stakeholders
-
Contribute to architecture governance, system design, and integration planning
-
Lead digital transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA migrations
-
Collaborate with business and technology teams to define future-state operating models

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development

Drive sustainability and compliance objectives through system design

Knowledge of IT/OT integration, Industry 4.0, and digital factory models

Awareness of financial and sustainability regulations

Experience with ERP-related technologies such as SAP BTP, automation tools, and IoT solutions
Desirable Certifications

SAP S/4HANA or Functional Module Certifications

Project Management (e.g. SAP Activate, PMI)

SAP Professional Architect certification

Cloud Architecture Certifications (Azure or AWS for SAP IaaS/PaaS)

ITIL, TOGAF, or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks
