JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking an experienced SAP Tester to join their team for a major project in the retail sector. The company uses SAP S4/HANA for commercial management, and they are looking to strengthen their testing team with an experienced Test Analyst to handle all testing activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop test strategies and build a test repository (test plans) for your assigned scope.

Analyze and challenge SFD (System Functional Design) or SFG (System Functional Group) documents.

Execute manual and automated tests using tools such as Postman.

Report test progress, track risks, and manage action plans.

Identify, trace, and analyze anomalies and report them to the Project Manager or Application Owner.

Contribute to the creation of the overall test strategy with the Test Lead, Project Managers, and/or Application Managers.

Analyze user requirements and functional/technical specifications.

Estimate testing workload and timelines.

Write detailed test plans and define test data (expected results and test cases) for validation by the Project Manager/Application Owner.

Ensure the test environment is aligned with application versions and functional requirements.

Coordinate and mentor other test analysts as the test lead when needed.

Summarize the testing results and provide clear reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Test Analyst or Test Validator.

Strong expertise in SAP, Postman, and SQL (confirmed).

Experience in Retail environments is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.
