Location: Villeneuve-d’Ascq, France (Hybrid – Partial Remote)
Salary: From €40,000 gross annual salary
Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Languages: French (fluent) and English (professional level)

Role Overview

Our client, via Sapflex, is looking for a skilled SAP Technical Consultant (ABAP) to join a project-focused technical team in Villeneuve-d’Ascq. You will be fully dedicated to a single project at a time, working within a supportive group of experienced SAP mentors. Your mission: deliver high-quality technical solutions while actively contributing to the success and innovation of ongoing SAP integration and upgrade projects.

This role offers both technical depth and learning potential in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on-site with clients or from the SAP service center

  • Contribute to SAP integration and S/4HANA upgrade projects

  • Develop using ABAP and ABAP OO

  • Use and enhance solutions via SAPUI5, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and ABAP RESTful

  • Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery (cost, scope, quality)

  • Estimate effort for change requests and write technical specifications

  • Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues

  • Support functional teams and bridge technical-functional communications

  • Apply and promote ABAP best practices

  • Drive technical quality and consistency across the delivery lifecycle

Your Profile

You are the right candidate if:

  • You are a confirmed or senior SAP technical consultant

  • You are proficient in:

    • ABAP, ABAP OO

    • SAPUI5, Web Dynpro, CDS Views

    • Enhancements (BADI, Exits)

    • Integration (SAP Gateway, Web Services, IDOCs, file exchange)

    • Forms (Adobe Forms, Smartforms)

  • You understand client challenges and can propose tailored technical solutions

  • You can manage priorities and meet deadlines

  • You are curious, proactive, and follow SAP evolution

  • You enjoy teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

  • You speak English fluently
