About the Role
Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide consultant-level expertise to support the adoption and consumption of SAP SuccessFactors products by our cloud customers. You will be responsible for delivering tailored adoption recommendations and workshops, primarily focusing on SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption-focused services and workshops remotely, based on your area of expertise.

Act as a subject matter expert for the SAP SuccessFactors platform, including Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

Required Experience

Associate Certification in at least one of the employee lifecycle modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding), with preference given to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

3-5 years of experience in the development, implementation, or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Additional languages are a plus.

University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
