🧾 Job Overview

Galula Consulting, a growing IT services company, is recruiting a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team. You will be part of a strategic project to help clients implement and optimize their SAP SuccessFactors solution, with a focus on the modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance & Goals.

🔧 Main Responsibilities

• Project Management:

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors projects from design to implementation.

  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules according to client needs.

  • Improve operational efficiency by optimizing HR processes (talent management, recruitment, performance management).

  • Support internal teams in integrating various SAP SuccessFactors modules with other enterprise systems.

• Support & Training:

  • Participate in testing, user training, and change management initiatives.

  • Provide strategic support for change management, particularly for the adoption of new practices and technologies.

👤 Ideal Candidate

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Strong skills in project management with a structured approach (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Excellent understanding of the configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Ability to grasp business challenges and propose tailored HR solutions.

• Skills:

  • Languages: Fluent in English.

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

  • Ability to drive change and provide strategic guidance.
