Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 gross per year

Role Overview

Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking a Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant to join its Corporate IT Department in Saint-Ouen. Under the leadership of the SAP Manager, you will drive the functional evolution and operational excellence of the SAP platform across the Sales & Distribution and Materials Management domains.

You will lead both projects and support activities (TMA), contributing to solution design, system stability, and cross-functional integration. This is a long-term, strategic role with ownership of business-critical processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

• Analyse and model business processes (sales, retail, online sales, distribution)

• Design functional solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and value goals

• Configure and implement SAP SD/MM features and enhancements

• Ensure the platform remains stable, scalable, and consistent with global standards

Project & Support Management

• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives in your functional area

• Manage incidents, change requests, and service requests

• Interface with DSI teams and external providers to validate deliverables and ensure quality

• Control integration, testing, and production rollout of all changes

Cross-Team Coordination

• Contribute to global SAP projects across the company

• Participate in key user training, documentation, and community management

• Promote harmonisation of business processes and cost optimisation

• Coordinate with external teams, consultants, and integrators for project delivery

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SD/MM, ideally in a consulting firm or SAP Centre of Excellence

• Strong functional knowledge of Sales, Retail, and E-commerce processes

• Solid experience in SAP configuration (customizing SD/MM modules)

• Technical awareness of SAP (debugging, basic code understanding) is a plus

• Familiarity with project management methodologies

• Experience in vendor and deliverable validation, user support, and training

• Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, and adaptability

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian) are a plus
