Job Description:
Our client, via Sapflex, is looking for a talented SAP S/4HANA Business Process Analyst SCALAR to join their growing team in Ypres, Belgium. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering project with ZF’s SCALAR platform. SCALAR is an innovative orchestration platform that optimizes fleet operations and contributes to safer roads. The company is expanding its international SAP S/4HANA team, which works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the business process change management for the ERP implementation project.

Create as-is and to-be business process flows in collaboration with business teams.

Act as Project Coordinator, bridging business teams, external consultants, technical project managers, and engineering teams.

Support key users and end-users in unit and user acceptance testing.

Work with cross-functional and cross-system stakeholders to support integration efforts with S/4HANA.

Evaluate project activities and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.

After ERP Go-Live, transition external consultancy tasks to internal teams.

Required Experience:
10+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst with strong SAP knowledge.

Experience working in an agile environment.

General functional experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Expertise in one or more of the following SAP modules: Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Finance & Controlling.

Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud is preferred.

Strong passion for optimizing business solutions and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluent in English.
