Location: Paris, France (Hybrid – 2 days remote/week)
Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 gross per year + 10% performance bonus

Role Overview

Our client, via Sapflex, is hiring a SAP Retail SD Project Manager to join its IT department based in Paris. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will act as the SAP functional lead for procurement and logistics processes, overseeing the deployment and optimization of SAP Retail modules across subsidiaries and newly acquired entities.

This is a strategic role combining SAP deployment, solution design, operational support, and international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of SAP SD/MM modules across business units

• Contribute to the SAP Retail Core Model roadmap and promote best practices

• Ensure standardization and scalability of solutions across subsidiaries

• Coordinate and execute technical and functional testing

• Design and deliver deployment plans and documentation

• Partner with local teams to ensure user adoption and system ownership

• Maintain operational performance of SAP and related systems (WMS, POS, EDI)

• Manage level 3 support and oversee ticket prioritization in line with SLA targets

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Engineering or Information Systems

• Proven experience in SAP SD / MM within retail or distribution environments

• Knowledge of SAP Retail and CAR is a plus

• Strong project management skills, capable of handling full project lifecycles

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functional and technical teams

• Fluent in French and English

• Proactive, structured, and a strong team player
