Location: France – No travel required (occasional international mobility)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: €60,000 – €65,000 gross annually
Start Date: As soon as possible
Experience Required: No prior experience required (first project management role possible)
Languages: English (fluent, written and spoken)
Remote Work: 2 days per week remote + benefits (bonus, health coverage)

About the Role

Our client, via Sapflex, is looking for a SAP MM Project Manager to support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA across 22 countries. You will play a key role in project phases from core model construction to post-go-live support, working closely with users, SAP integrators, and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

Core Model Phase:

  • Support business users during UAT phases

  • Contribute to data migration and automation

  • Collaborate with the SAP integrator and functional teams to understand and formalize requirements

Deployment Phase:

  • Assist local teams with SAP adoption and change management

  • Prepare go-live documentation and country-specific migration files

  • Coordinate with the Operational Excellence team

Build & Run Phases:

  • Gather and document business needs

  • Draft functional and technical specifications

  • Execute and validate unit tests for SAP evolutions

  • Oversee incidents and manage Level 2 support

  • Drive continuous improvements and system optimization

  • Help stabilize and develop autonomy within the SAP Center of Excellence

Required Profile

  • Degree in IT, engineering, or business

  • No prior experience required; 2+ years in SAP project environments is a plus

  • Functional or technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM module

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) or SQL is a strong asset

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Fluent English is mandatory due to international scope

  • Occasional international travel may be required during deployment
