Company Overview

Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking a skilled SAP MM/PP Business Analyst to join their enterprise systems team within a leading international technology company. The organization specializes in advanced technologies across aerospace, defense, marine, imaging, electronics, and instrumentation industries.

This role supports both ongoing SAP ECC and upcoming S/4HANA projects. It involves close collaboration with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to analyze business needs and deliver robust SAP MM/PP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM/PP system solutions

• Configure SAP MM and PP modules at project level; experience with ECM, QM, and PM is an advantage

• Support both ECC and S/4HANA environments during implementation, upgrade, and maintenance phases

• Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to plan and execute SAP configuration, testing, and deployment

• Lead and document unit and integration testing, develop test plans and training materials

• Identify system enhancements and improvements based on SAP best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues through root cause analysis

• Participate in SAP-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements

• Coordinate user training sessions and provide functional support during Go-Live and post-Go-Live periods

• Maintain documentation of issue resolution, test cases, configurations, and project tracking

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM/PP experience (including configuration and project delivery)

• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation

• Working knowledge of related modules: ECM, QM, and PM is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes

• Familiarity with SAP best practices and standard process design

• Proven experience in SAP ECC with exposure to S/4HANA migration or implementation projects

• Good knowledge of technical integration between SAP modules and external systems

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work across all levels of the business

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Desirable Qualifications

• SAP certifications in MM, PP, or related areas

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, pharmaceutical, etc.)

• Knowledge of SAP reporting tools and query development

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

• Background in manufacturing, logistics, or production environments
