Salary: Starting at €60,000 per year
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Hours: Flexible hours, Monday to Friday (Flextime)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in SAP HCM
Languages: German (required), English (preferred)
Work Mode: Primarily on-site with home office flexibility
About the Role
Our client, via Sapflex, is looking for a motivated SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) to join a highly specialized team focused on optimizing IT landscapes in the area of HR processes. With over 25 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, our client supports national and international companies — from mid-sized businesses to DAX-listed corporations.
In this role, you’ll actively participate in client projects, help analyze HR-related requirements, develop concepts, and implement them in SAP HCM environments. You will have the opportunity to grow your expertise, take ownership of responsibilities over time, and contribute to innovative digital HR solutions.
Your Responsibilities

Support national and international SAP HCM projects, from requirements analysis through implementation and post-go-live support

Collaborate with experienced consultants to translate business needs into functional or technical SAP solutions

Gradually take over project and client responsibilities

Stay up to date with SAP HCM and HR technology trends

Provide user training and ongoing support to key users

Contribute to continuous process improvements and system optimizations
Your Profile

A proactive, self-driven mindset and strong sense of quality

A structured and goal-oriented working style

A customer-focused personality and enthusiasm for new challenges

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

First-hand experience with SAP and knowledge of a programming language (ABAP, JavaScript, C++) is a plus

Solid understanding of business processes, particularly in HR

Fluent German (spoken and written) is required; good English skills are advantageous

SAP HCM certification is a plus
