SALARY: €55,000 – €70,000 gross/year
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, Full-Time
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years

REMOTE/ON-SITE MODE: Partial remote possible

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee SAP-related projects (Study, TMA SAP, ePortal, BI) within their IT-Telecoms team. With over 10 years of experience, you will be at the heart of digital transformation projects and Information Systems management, guiding innovation and ensuring project success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage SAP projects from start to finish, including Study, TMA SAP, ePortal, and BI.

  • Lead and oversee both internal and external project teams.

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully.

  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored SAP solutions.

  • Monitor performance indicators and manage project risks.

  • Provide team coaching and ensure effective collaboration.

  • Organize regular progress meetings and report updates to governance bodies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Over 10 years of experience managing SAP projects.

  • Proficiency in SAP tools, TMA SAP, ePortal, and BI.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Advanced degree in IT or Engineering.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and innovation.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.).

  • Diplomatic and flexible approach.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
