Job Overview

Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join an in-house global IT team. You will play a central role in the global S/4HANA rollout while actively shaping a modern finance IT environment. This is a strategic opportunity within an international organization where innovation, collaboration, and stakeholder-focused IT delivery are key priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document finance-related business requirements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Design innovative SAP FI/CO solution concepts aligned with global business needs.

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of solutions within the SAP environment using best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with global templates and drive finance process optimization using tools such as Signavio.

  • Actively support the global S/4HANA rollout, with focus on legal and local compliance.

  • Serve as a key contact for global Finance users, offering expert guidance and second/third-level support.

  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain productive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and SAP partners.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, policies, and technical configurations.

  • Stay informed on emerging SAP and finance IT trends through external workshops and conferences.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent apprenticeship).

  • Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO in an in-house consultancy capacity.

  • Proven involvement in international S/4HANA rollouts, ideally with public cloud implementation.

  • Strong understanding of international financial processes and compliance.

  • Familiarity with adjacent modules such as SAP PS and SD is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for business stakeholders.

  • Strong focus on user satisfaction, system performance, and application usability.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and structured organization.
