JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join their team. As an expert in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), you will play a key role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP solutions to enhance warehouse management processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Business Analysis and Functional Design:

    • Analyze business requirements related to warehouse management processes.

    • Write detailed functional specifications for the SAP EWM module.

    • Define necessary SAP configurations to meet business needs.

    • Design the architecture of financial flows and cost management within SAP.

  2. SAP EWM Configuration and Customization:

    • Configure the SAP EWM module based on validated specifications.

    • Adapt SAP functionalities to align with internal business processes.

    • Conduct validation tests on SAP configurations to ensure proper functionality.

  3. Testing and Validation:

    • Perform system tests to ensure configurations meet business needs.

    • Correct errors and adjust configurations where necessary.

  4. User Training and Support:

    • Train end-users (accountants, controllers, etc.) on using SAP EWM.

    • Create training materials suited to different user profiles.

  5. Project Management and Continuous Improvement:

    • Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.

    • Collaborate with other SAP teams (technical, business) and participate in project meetings.

    • Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives for business processes.

    • Analyze financial data in SAP to identify opportunities for process improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP EWM and SAP WM on S/4 HANA.

  • Proven experience integrating SAP WM and EWM with other SAP modules.

  • Experience in greenfield, brownfield, roll-out projects, or TMA.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
