About the Role

Our client, via Sapflex, is looking for a hands-on SAP CO Process Lead (m/f/d) to coordinate all SAP-related controlling processes across departments and locations. In this role, you’ll act as the go-to expert for harmonizing and optimizing SAP CO processes in a cross-functional environment while leading a global Key User team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP-related tasks and resources within the Controlling domain

• Lead and manage a cross-site SAP CO Global Key User Team

• Analyze, design, and implement optimized process concepts in SAP

• Define and further develop SAP-based Controlling processes

• Manage authorization concepts and user administration within CO

• Act as main point of contact for all SAP CO-related topics, internally and externally

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering

• Several years of experience as SAP CO Consultant, Key User, or Process Specialist

• Background in project or process management is a plus

• Solid expertise with SAP CO; experience in additional SAP modules is welcome

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach

• Willingness to travel occasionally
