Location: Paris, France (Partial remote possible)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary Range: €50,000 – €90,000 gross per year
Start Date: As soon as possible
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Languages: English (mandatory), French, Spanish
Remote Work: Hybrid – On-site in Paris with partial remote flexibility

About the Role

Our client, via Sapflex, is looking for a SAP C4C Consultant to support customer projects and system improvement initiatives. You will be involved in both operational support and implementation projects, acting as a key player in ensuring functional excellence and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for SAP C4C users in English, French, and Spanish

  • Create and maintain over 80+ knowledge base articles and documentation (WIKI, KBAs, guided responses)

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to refine and test features

  • Conduct multiple internal tests to mirror client system behavior

  • Lead workshops to gather business requirements and document system needs

  • Customize, configure, and test the C4C module based on client requirements

  • Identify functional gaps and propose solutions or workarounds

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Document functional designs, test scenarios, and results

  • Provide ad hoc user training and mentoring to junior consultants

  • Handle urgent change requests for high-priority issues

Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP C4C or CRM implementation and support

  • Involvement in at least two full-cycle implementations

  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes, including:

    • Customer interaction centers

    • Web interface & mobile integration

    • Service management, marketing, and sales

    • Integration with SD, MM, PP, FI/CO

  • Ability to work autonomously and mentor less experienced team members

  • Proven experience in process analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder communication

Key Skills

  • SAP C4C configuration and support

  • Functional knowledge of CRM and ERP integrations

  • Multilingual support (English required, French & Spanish preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • User training and documentation
