About the Role

Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking a dedicated SAP Basis Consultant (m/f/d) to join their in-house IT team. You will play a vital role in ensuring a reliable and high-performing SAP system landscape, supporting a growing organization through daily operations and major transformation projects such as S/4HANA migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and performant operation of SAP Basis systems in an on-premise environment

• Plan and support system maintenance, upgrades, and release changes

• Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze performance, and implement optimization measures

• Continuously develop and optimize SAP operations, including SSO and job scheduling services

• Support and advise business units in SAP-related IT projects and interfaces to non-SAP systems

• Coordinate with Managed Service Providers to ensure SLA-compliant service delivery

• Contribute to forward-looking topics like S/4HANA migration and SAP Fiori implementation

Your Profile

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or completed IT training

• Professional experience in SAP Basis operations and project environments

• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills

• Eagerness to grow and stay current with SAP technologies

• Ideally first experience with S/4HANA and SAP BTP (not mandatory – onboarding support provided)

• Fluent German is required
