Job Description:
Our client, via Sapflex, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading machine manufacturer based in West Flanders. This innovative organization, with over 200 employees and annual revenue exceeding €60 million, is looking for a key player to optimize business processes within an SAP environment.

As a Business Analyst, you will combine technical expertise with a strong process-oriented approach to analyze and optimize key business processes, specifically focusing on planning, logistics, and controlling.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map business processes, with a focus on planning, logistics, and controlling.

Identify bottlenecks and propose targeted improvements and optimizations.

Act as an SAP expert, providing support to various end-users.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, translating their needs into concrete solutions.

Contribute to projects related to process improvement and digital transformation.

Required Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on SAP ERP systems.

Strong affinity with operational processes, production planning, and controlling.

Ability to manage processes across multiple departments while maintaining a clear overview.

Structured, solution-oriented approach with clear communication with all involved parties.

Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential.
