How do I post an SAP job?
To post an SAP job, simply create a recruiter account, select a package or use your subscription, and fill in the offer details. You can also use our AI Copilot to structure your offer automatically.
Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes, we accept both credit card payments and manual payments via bank transfer. For manual processing, contact admin@sapflex.net.
What packages are available?
You can choose between Pay-per-Job, Monthly Subscription, or CV Access Packs. Details are available on the Shop page.
How does the AI help me structure my job post?
Paste or upload your draft, and the AI Copilot will optimize it by formatting key details: title, skills, contract type, and location. You review and approve before publishing.
Can I edit or delete my job posting?
Yes. Go to your dashboard, click on “My Jobs,” then choose “Edit” or “Delete”.

How do I create a consultant profile?
Sign up via the Candidate portal, fill in your personal and professional information, and upload your CV.
Can I apply for freelance missions?
Yes, Sapflex supports both freelance and permanent SAP opportunities.
Is uploading my CV required?
It is strongly recommended to upload your CV so employers can evaluate your expertise and match you with opportunities.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Your data will be fully erased from our systems within 30 days, except for legal or financial records (such as past invoices or contracts).
AI Copilot
What is Sapflex AI Copilot?
It’s an assistant that helps recruiters write better job offers and helps candidates prepare their applications. It saves time and ensures consistency.
Can I use Sapflex without AI?
Yes. You can choose to write and manage content manually if you prefer.
Payment & Billing
Where can I download my invoices?
Go to your account dashboard > Billing > Invoices to download your documents in PDF format.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital services, we only refund if a technical error prevented access to your plan. Contact us at admin@sapflex.net.
Privacy & Security
Where is my data stored?
On secure servers located in the UK/EU, with full GDPR compliance. We never sell your data.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can request a full export or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
